### Two rates, no fine print

- **Consulting: COP 130,000 / hour.** To design, configure and improve: process analysis, Odoo configuration, custom development and integration architecture.
- **Support: COP 120,000 / hour.** To keep your operation running: incident resolution, how-to questions, minor adjustments and follow-up.

### Implementation and migration

Every company is different, so these services are quoted by scope: first we understand your operation, then we send a phased proposal with timeline and price.

- **Odoo implementation (Based on scope):** Odoo running in your company with Colombian localization and the modules you need. Process discovery; Module configuration; DIAN e-invoicing and electronic payroll; Training and go-live; Post go-live support.
- **Migration (Based on scope):** We move your data from another ERP, spreadsheets or an older Odoo version, keeping your history. Migration from another ERP or Excel; Upgrades between Odoo versions; Data cleansing and validation; Testing before go-live; Rollback plan.

**Do prices include VAT?**
No. Prices are in Colombian pesos excluding VAT, which is added on the invoice.

**What is the difference between consulting and support?**
Consulting builds or improves: process design, configuration, development and integrations. Support keeps what already works running: incidents, how-to questions and minor adjustments.

**How are bundle hours consumed?**
We log the actual time spent on every activity and share the usage with you, so you always know how many hours you have left.

**Why doesn’t implementation have a fixed price?**
It depends on your modules, processes and data volume. After a free discovery session we send a phased proposal with timeline and price.
